What is crowd sourcing? See what Wikipedia says:
"Crowdsourcing is a neologistic compound of "crowd" and "outsourcing" for the act of outsourcing tasks, traditionally performed by an employee or contractor to a large group of people or community (a crowd), through an open call."
Crowsourcing is truly the latest trend in software testing. If you are a tester who wants to improve your testing skills at the same time earn some money, then probably crowdsourcing is the best answer. I would like to share some crowdsourcing sites which are worth checking.

1. www.utest.com
Utest is the first & the best crowdsourcing site for testing . I don’t think anyone will be unhappy with it. Top testers at utest make a handsome amount of money. But of course the amount of projects you get depend on your dedication to the site & your testing skills. Its 100% trustworthy.
2. www.mob4hire.com
This site is exclusively for mobile application testing. Though the site has similar opportunities as utest, it does not have the wide range of applications to test as the latter.
3. www.usertesting.com
I don’t know whether I should be including this in the list of testing websites. Because one does not need any testing skills to use the applications in this site, (nor are they looking for any testers) .But since usability testing is a part of testing cycle I am just adding it here. The customers are not looking for any technical bugs here. Just they want to know how user friendly their site is. And you will be paid for your (sincere) feedback.
4. www.pay4bugs.com
This is comparatively a new member in the crowdsourcing world. I have no idea about how much you can trust this site. There are very few applications & testers here as of now. Pay4bugs tries to copy the same functionality of utest , at the same time it lacks the professional approach which is the backbone of utest. But if you want to brush up your skills, there is always room for it. Just give it a try.
